Stellenbeschreibung

• Verantwortung für die Umsetzung des Produktionskonzeptes, die Definition der Montagereihenfolge und die Einteilung in den Ihnen zugeordneten Zonen
• Laufende Analyse und Optimierung (Fertigungszeitanalysen, Prozessflussoptimierung, usw.) bestehender Montageprozesse
• Bewertung und Umsetzung von Produktanpassungen und Änderungen
• Erstellung der Produktionsdokumentation in den Planungssystemen und deren Problembearbeitung
• Übernahme der Planung und Beschaffung von Betriebsmitteln und Vorrichtungen in den zugeordneten Zonen
• Schnittstelle zu Produktion und weiteren Planungsbereichen wie Montage, Anlagenplanung, Logistik-Prozessplanung etc.
• Verantwortung über unsere hauseigenen Standard-Methoden und Sicherstellung des optimalen Montageprozesses in der Fahrzeugproduktion

Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreicher Abschluss einer technischen Ausbildung (Werkmeister / HTL / FH / UNI / TU)
• Facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Montage oder Montageplanung
• Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Dienstreisebereitschaft

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Das kollektivvertraglich festgelegte Mindestgehalt liegt bei € 2.763.-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung und spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
