Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Ausgestaltung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Information Security Strategie
• IT-Sicherheit-Beratung bzw. Erarbeitung von Maßnahmenplanungen und Umsetzungsverfolgung für die Versicherungsgesellschaften
• Erkennen und Analysieren von Sicherheitsrisiken sowie Erarbeiten von Verbesserungen und Gegenmaßnahmen; Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT Risk Management
• Überwachung und Bewertung der Wirksamkeit der relevanten Kontrollen, Richtlinien und Verfahren innerhalb der gesamten Gruppe
• Aktive Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung des gruppenweiten GRC Tools mit Schwerpunkt auf den ISMS Prozess
• Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweit gültigen IT-Sicherheitsvorgaben
• Gewährleistung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und branchenspezifischer Standards in Bezug auf Informationssicherheit

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informationssicherheit bzw. facheinschlägige Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit
• Guter Überblick über die IT-Software, IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerk- sowie End-User Security und Lösungen zum Schutz vor Bedrohungen
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in den Schwerpunktthemen Governance und Strategie im Kontext Informationssicherheit
• Fundierte Kenntnis relevanter Standards und Frameworks
• Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit von Projekten und der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären und multinationalen Teams
• Fähigkeit, Logik und Argumentation einzusetzen, um die Stärken und Schwächen von IT-Systemen zu erkennen und Schwachstellen in der IT-Infrastruktur aufzuspüren
• Know-how im Bereich Information Security Management Systems; Einschlägige Zertifizierungen (z.B. ISMS-Manager & -Auditor nach ISO 27001, CISA, CISM) von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse im Versicherungswesen oder in regulierten Branchen sind von Vorteil
• Strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache, zusätzliche CEE Sprache von Vorteil
• Reisebereitschaft in CEE (ca. 25 %)

Your Tasks

• Support in shaping and continuously developing the Information Security Strategy
• IT security consulting, including the development of action plans and monitoring of their implementation for the insurance companies
• Identification and analysis of security risks, as well as the development of improvements and countermeasures; cooperation with IT Risk Management
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of relevant controls, policies, and procedures across the entire group
• Active use and enhancement of the group-wide GRC tool, with a focus on the ISMS process
• Development of proposals for the advancement of group-wide IT security guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry-specific standards regarding information security

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Security, or a relevant field, or equivalent professional training, coupled with several years of experience in Information Security
• Solid understanding of IT software, IT infrastructure, network and end-user security, as well as solutions for threat protection
• Extensive experience in the focal areas of governance and strategy within the context of Information Security
• Profound knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks
• Experience in participating in projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary and multinational teams
• Ability to apply logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of IT systems and uncover vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure
• Expertise in Information Security Management Systems; Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 ISMS Manager & Auditor, CISA, CISM) would be advantageous
• Knowledge in the insurance industry or regulated sectors is beneficial
• Structured and team-oriented work approach with high self-initiative and flexibility, as well as a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English; additional proficiency in a CEE language is advantageous
• Willingness to travel in CEE-Region (approx. 25%)

The salary for this position is at least € 50,000. You have a lot of experience and know-how? Then we are obviously prepared to honor this with an overpayment.
