Senior Manager (m/f/x) Technical External Standardisation & Regulation Lighting Brands

• As a member of external bodies and associations (e.g. IEC) related to product standardisation subjects, you actively participate in discussions and decision-making processes.
• You will lead, guide, and implement external product standardisation activities.
• You develop and maintain internal networks to support and leverage external standardisation work and knowledge.
• You provide general technical support to all departments.
• Furthermore, you offer technical support and leadership for a variety of projects.
• You promote the technical competence of the company through all external contacts.
• Last but not least, you conduct training sessions for internal staff on product standards-related subjects.

Your profile

• You have a degree (University, FH) in Electrical Engineering or Electronics or a comparable educational background.
• Proven experience in external product standardisation and regulatory compliance within the lighting sector.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with external bodies, associations, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent English skills - both oral and written.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement external product standardisation activities.
• Experience in conducting training sessions on product standards-related subjects.
