What You'll Do

• Working with a wide range of products such as Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), backup and security solutions
• Conduct one to one and one to many product demonstrations focusing on N-able strengths and capabilities
• Assisting with POC setups to help get prospects started with the product
• Offer design and configuration best practices to partners when deploying N-able products to Partner's networks
• Technical problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution during deployment
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills required
• Some travel required once to twice a quarter

What You'll Bring

• Solid background in IT knowledge and troubleshooting in areas such as endpoint management, patching, software deployment, security and networking
• Industry certifications (MCSE, CCNA, etc.) desirable though not essential
• Strong presentation, communication and client management skills require
• You have excellent interpersonal and motivational skills 
• Ability to demonstrate a passion and curiosity for software and technology
• Fluent in German and English
