Infineon Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) delivers future-oriented solutions. If you are a self-motivated student and currently studying Physics, Quantum Engineering or a related subject then we want to hear from you. Apply now for this Master Thesis and join us on an exciting journey of innovation and discovery!
Trapped-ion Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) are getting ever larger and more complex, which will at eventually pose a challenge to the QPUs' routing layers. Therefore, we are looking into novel ways to increase the routing density of our QPUs. We offer a master's project in the area of multilayer stack development for trapped-ion QPUs. Possible topics are:
- Wafer bow management
- Annealing strategies
- Hillocks mitigation
- Planarization
This thesis has to be written in cooperation with an university.
