• Work on the design of secure IT and security solutions within the Groundbreaking IT program (GrIT) of Defense
• Evaluate existing security requirements and identify possible gaps
• Research the latest trends and opportunities within the domains of security, cloud and IoT and propose improvements that fit the strategy and requirements
• Keep stakeholders up to date on all the security risks and propose convincing solutions
• Help with the development and implementation of security and compliance regulations, such as GDPR, PSD2 and Cybersecurity guidelines

• 10 years of relevant professional experience, of which at least 4 years as a security architect
• Experience in implementing security protocols to optimize overall IT security
• Knowledge and experience in identifying the most common weaknesses in IT security
• Dutch citizenship and passport is a must

• You have certifications such as ISC2, ISACA, GIAC, EC-Council, CompTIA or ITIL
• You are a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or an Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP)
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure Cloud Architecture
