Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

• Unterstützung des Generalagenten und des GA-Teams in sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
• Entgegennahme von Kundenanrufen sowie Kundenempfang in der GA
• Erstellung von Offerten, Kundenunterlagen, Statistiken und Auswertungen
• Begleitung und Beurteilung von Lernenden
• Unterstützung bei Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen inkl. Verwaltung der Werbeartikel
• Erfassung und Pflege von Daten in diversen Swiss Life Applikationen
• Mithilfe und Organisation von Kundenevents und Marketingaktionen
• Mitarbeit in diversen Projekten
• Aufbau und Pflege der Social Media Präsenz der GA

Ihre Stärken

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
• Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Assekuranz- oder Vorsorgebereich
• Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Zahlen- und Organisationsflair
• Belastbar, team- und dienstleistungsorientiert
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich). Englisch, Französisch und Italienisch sind von Vorteil
