Internship in the field of tool management

Aufgaben

• The creation of weekly and monthly regular reports is part of your tasks
• You perform system-side evaluations and reconciliations (target/actual comparison)
• You bring efficient and creative approaches to reporting issues
• You are responsible for solution-oriented work in coordination with various supplier inquiries
• You are responsible for participating in meetings and preparing and following up on the necessary documents
• You independently take up topics and projects and work through them
• The team can count on you for administrative support

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing technical or business studies
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Quick comprehension, independent and structured way of working and affinity for numbers
• Tenacity and commitment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Duration: 6 months (30-40h/week)
• Start: from September 2024
• Note according to § 9 para. 2 Equal Treatment Act: The gross monthly salary is € 2,100 (full-time)
