Principal Engineer Technology Development (f/m/div)

As a Principal Engineer Technology Development you will develop concepts and approaches for new automotive MOSFET technology platforms. You will optimize device geometry and process flow and work in project teams across functions. In your new role you will:

• Develop new automotive MOSFET technology platforms
• Find and develop innovative concepts and approaches for new automotive MOSFET technology platforms
• Ensure that new technologies are optimized with respect to manufacturability and production costs
• Work effectively across functions in project teams
• Communicate results effectively to stakeholders
• Optimize device geometry and process flow to meet application and product requirements with the aid of:
• TCAD simulation
• Planning and analysis of experiments
• Measurement and assessment of electrical results
• Statistical analysis of test data

You are best equipped for this job if you have:

• A PhD in Physics, Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics and electrical operation of MOSFETs
• Experience with power MOSFETs
• Knowledge of TCAD device and process simulation
• The ability to work independently to achieve agreed goals and to work effectively in large project teams
• Excellent English skills, German as a plus

The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
