Senior Project Manager Technology Development for E-mobility (f/m/div)

As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for complex projects that focus on Si and SiC technology development for E-mobility. In your new role you will:

• Plan, control and execute development projects for SiC-MOSFET, Si-IGBT and diode chip technologies across various Infineon sites
• Keep the overview and manage technical interdependencies
• Conduct a forward-looking risk management in order to proactively identify (technical) challenges as well as (business) opportunities
• Take on full project responsibilities by continuously assessing the progress and adjusting the project plan
• Look at the bigger picture, with business in mind, by actively managing internal and external key stakeholders in an international environment
• Form, guide and motivate cross-functional project teams - you create energy and commitment by explaining and keeping a good team spirit This position is suitable in full-time and part-time.

You are able to quickly grasp new technical information, quickly establish a successful cooperation, recognize and use different areas of expertise and skills of the team members. You commit yourself to the results of your own team, you create energy and commitment by connecting team members. You set yourself ambitious goals, remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Master degree or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields. Specialization in semiconductor physics is a strong plus.
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, thereof 4 years as a project leader preferably in the area of chip technology development
• A solid technical understanding of power electronic device physics, and/or wafer technology development (semiconductor processing)
• The ability to understand and lead in complex project situations: consolidate and present those to senior management level (including technical challenges)
• Convincing communication and presentation skills
• Project management certification (e.g. IPMA C) is a plus
• Excellent English skills; German as a plus
