Your new adventure

As a Support Analyst Business Applications you will be responsible and active for all technical aspects of the software lifecycle (conception, customizing, development, testing, documentation and 3rd level support) in a modern system landscape and in an international team.

• Together with the local and global IT team, you will drive the further development of existing and new applications.
• You will be the interface to several specialists, from the IT and other departments (virtually and personally: we offer flexible home office!).
• You will think outside the box and work closely with the internal business analyst team and translate business requirements into a functional design.

Your experiences and skills

• Completed studies (FH, university) in the fields of information technology or applied computer science
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable IT role and industry
• Broad business application background (portals, archiving, document management, workflow management)
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and system architecture
• Experience with ITIL standards
• Good German and English language skills
• Problem-solving team player with a high level of personal responsibility, commitment and analytical thinking

You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 57.578,92 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
