Your responsibilities

• Coordination of quality deviations caused by the supplier
• Advancing analyses, requesting and validating corrective actions and assessing their effectiveness
• Monitoring and releasing initial samples and special approvals
• Supplier selection, supplier qualification and supplier development
• Conducting audits of international suppliers
• Cyclical preparation and assessment of quality-related statistics, including reporting to management
• Agreeing and monitoring quality targets with international suppliers

Your background

• Completed vocational training (e.g. HTL, FH, TU) preferably in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or mechanics
• Quality management training and/or initial experience in the area of supplier quality an advantage
• Good MS Office knowledge required, SAP knowledge an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident appearance and very good communication skills in dealing with international suppliers
• Innovative thinking and pronounced quality awareness
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
