Project Manager - Supply Chain Excellence (d/m/f)

• Project management within SCM: coordination of tasks, tools, methodology, resource needs, process tracking, communication between stakeholders, risks, constraints, challenges and contingencies, in order to deliver the project on time and within budget
• Assuring the delivered solution meets the need and acts as driving change agent for project vision adoption
• Ensure detailed problem analysis is carried out and agreed to ensure scope and potential solution is known, understood and agreed
• Development and maintenance of accurate delivery schedules that are relevant to project dependencies and resources
• Risk Management: identification, analysis and response to risks that arise and threaten to derail or delay the project
• Coordination of internal project resources based on roles, strengths, skill set, area of authority/expertise
• Define maintain effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders up-to-date
• Ensure adherence to relevant standards, process, regulations
• Plans, directs and oversees all work packages within a project, ensures all work-streams/sub-teams are functioning effectively and have clearly defined deliverables
• Successfully completed university degree in business administration, supply chain management with a focus on project management or comparable
• Project management experience and dealing with multiple stakeholders and interfaces in an international environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive attitude towards continuous learning
• Ability to clearly downstream information to project team as well to summarize and visualize status reports
• Advanced MS Office skills
• SAP experience is desirable but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in English language (both oral and written)
