Production Plant (Automotive)

• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure results consistent with the company's strategy
• Ensuring the smooth operation of production facilities to achieve production targets
• Supplement and drive the overall vision, mission and culture of the organization
• Responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) performance
• Develop policies and business continuity plans to ensure commercial growth of the company
• Regular exchange with the HQ in Austria and other facilities
• Monitoring the automotive market and identifying trends
• Building and maintain relationships with customers
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization

• Completed commercial or technical academic education
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience and knowledge in the international automotive industry
• Leadership experience within intercultural teams
• Communication at eye level and committed to teamwork
• Transparent working style and hands-on-mentality
• Outstanding analytic, managerial and problem-solving skills
• Confident appearance, high-levels of commitment and sense of responsibility
