Developing software is great, but developing software with a purpose is even better! As a DevOps Engineer, you'll work on a product that helps people with the most precious thing they have - their health. In collaborative teams of developers, designers, product owners, and QA experts, you'll experience best-in-class software development practices daily and contribute to software that meets the highest expectations - we do not put our users' lives at risk!
We are looking for an experienced, motivated DevOps Software Engineer who will work closely with developers and support our product teams. You will oversee application releases and manage the automation process to support building our applications. Tasks may include scripting, testing, troubleshooting problems, and communicating issues to software engineers.
Essential skills for your mission:
You have at least 5 years of experience in automation: Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment process
Experience building Continuous Integration for different technologies (for example, Android, iOS, Backend, Web, API, Lambdas, and Desktop (Windows, MacOS))
Knowledge of scripting skills or programming language (Bash, Python, Groovy, etc...)
These tools/frameworks are second nature to you: Continuous Integration (GitHub, Jenkins, Gitlab CI), Containers (Containerd, Docker), Artifacts Repositories (Sonarqube, Nexus, Artifactory)
You love working in and supporting an interdisciplinary team
You enjoy guiding and sharing your knowledge with others
Great written and verbal communication in English
Bonus Skills:
You have experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud providers, Git, Pull Requests and Code review strategies
Experienced in developing digital products, i.e. SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce
Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
