Jr Engineer Integration (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Support the integration process window IWV

• Moderate process & design FMEA

• Enable technical transfer

• Create BKM

• Standardize & Optimize integrational topics, such as Warpage & CAW control, Shrinkage control, and Impedance control

• Support HVM readiness integration

• Support & create MES key user concepts for further standardizations and development speed ups

Your Profile

• Degree from university (Material science, Mech-, Industrial engineering, Chemistry) or higher technical college

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar position in IC substrate or semiconductor industry

• Proven knowledge in Six Sigma tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, 8D, 5Why, CP, etc.

• Knowledge of project management, data analytics & design of experiments (DoE) with attention to details.

• Willingness of working in cleanroom and over time

• Willingness to travel and stay abroad for a certain time in one or our locations

• Experience in working with intercultural teams with good communication skills

• Developed stress resilience and willing to grow

• Computer skills - MS Office Package (Word, Excel); JMP; Minitab; SAP; APC; Space

• Fluent written and oral English (German would be an advantage)

Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
