With us you will be responsible for

• supporting our national customer projects to deliver SAP solutions around HCM
• designing and implementing solutions as a process expert and coach who can support colleagues in their competence development
• building the understanding of customer business, anticipate customer needs and discover solutions that are relevant for our customer's success
• participating in sales processes to ensure realistic planning

We expect you to have

• a consulting attitude and the ability to handle discussions in German and English
• +3 years of experience in personnel administration (PA; concept of infotypes; adaptation of work processes and of the surfaces), time management (PT) and payroll accounting (PY) including schemes and cycles
• profound knowledge in HCM reporting and logical databases; know-how with BAdI's, SPAU, SPDD, OM, ESS/MSS, CATS would be a plus
• first experiences with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors as well as payroll certification preferable
• ideally knowledge in the programming language ABAP, ABAP OO, Webdynpro ABAP
• the willingness to travel in order to provide best services to our customers

• a salary above the defined IT collective agreement of minimum EUR 3.724,00. The actual salary depends on your experience and qualification
