Executive Assistant (gn)

• You work closely with the CFO and support the implementation of the corporate strategy
• You coordinate important operational local and global projects and are gradually given responsibility for key areas
• You support the coordination of M&A projects including due diligence
• You will prepare board briefing notes as a basis for decision-making and review business cases in close coordination with the executive board
• You participate in selected meetings and steering committees and follow up on action points

What you should bring to this position

• You have successfully completed a degree in natural sciences, business administration, agriculture or similar
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience
• Absolute discretion is a matter of course for you
• Assertiveness is one of your greatest strengths, which helps you to achieve your goals.
• A structured way of working, strong organisational, self-management, communication and social skills are a matter of course for you
• Communication in English, both written and spoken, is no problem for you.
• You are confident in the use of MS-Office (especially Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
• You think entrepreneurially
