Continuous Improvement Process Control Manager

Responsibilities:

• Analyze all current operational processes.
• Develop, maintain, and review annually all continuous improvement programs.
• Develop measuring and testing methods and procedures designed to evaluate and improve current operational processes.
• Identify areas that need improvement.
• Develop plans to increase operational processes and decreases costs, failures, etc.
• Implement plans and train staff on new procedures.
• Document changes and create regular reports for upper management.
• Supervise and direct the Process Control Supervisors.
• Develop an auditing program for all operational processes that maintains success.
• May perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor

Requirements:

• BA in business or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 65% of time traveling to other facility locations.
• Computer literate, experience in keyboard operation, Microsoft word and Excel.
• Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees
• Ability to delegate tasks to subordinates in a fair and professional manner.
• Ability to perform task with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to maintain records, and to generate reports which require extreme accuracy.
