In this role you will report directly to the sales regional management director and provide all necessary information for relevant decision-making processes of profit and loss. We are looking for an entrepreneur who likes to take ownership and to participate in further developing our sales region.

Your responsibilities

• Financial and operational lead for the sales region Central Europe.
• Leading and coordinating the financial offices in the countries (Austria, Germany, Switzerland).
• Support further developing of order handling and logistics and ensuring high process quality throughout the region.
• Ensuring legal compliance within all customer relations throughout the region in close collaboration with legal and integrity and the local sales country managing directors.
• Responsible for regional sales reporting, budget, forecast and risk management within the ABB / B&R framework.
• Coordination of quality related topics with the global quality department and ensuring highest quality standards within the region.
• Advising and consulting the regional management director.

Your background

• Profound background in finance, legal and controlling.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales supporting function.
• Deep understanding of the industrial automation market appreciated.
• Experience in navigating within a global, cooperative environment.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and working well under pressure.
• Experience in coordinating people. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Native speaker in German, fluent in English.
