• Guiding the technical aspects in the structuring of project financing through equity, mezzanine capital, and/or bank financing for photovoltaic projects.
• Coordinate and support in due diligence processes for the respective projects financing.
• Coordination and support of the transaction process including roadmap until integration into the inventory.
• Conduct due diligence on potential financing partners and evaluate risk factors associated with financing agreements.
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
• Lead communication and project management of project finance processes.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with financing conditions.

• Completed technical, commercial or law studies.
• Experience in a similar role or in the energy/real estate/investment industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Romanian language on mother tongue level, solid knowledge of English (oral and written), German is a plus.
• Independent, structured and accurate working style.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
• Friendly, outgoing and team-oriented character.
• High service orientation & proactivity.
