IT Operations Engineer - Production IT (f/m/d)

In this interesting role, you will ensure consistent execution of operational procedures and thus the smooth running of all lT Applications and lnfrastructure as laid out in the respective service level agreement. You will support users by taking in and resolving Tickets.

Your Responsibilities

• Pickup and prioritize Service Requests & lncidents and execute the tasks

• Monitor and regular execute data back-up of systems

• Approve, create, manage, maintain lT continuity plans

• Administrate and manage user identity and access to lT Systems

• Interface between production departments, external vendors and internal IT departments

• lmplement and ensure security protection

• Integration of production equipment/systems to the AT&S environment

Your Profile

• HTL/BSc degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, Automation, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or similar

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in/as lT-Operations Engineer

• Good know how in heterogeneous networks and in different Operating systems (Windows, Linux) as well in Backup and Restore strategies

• Good understanding of common IT technologies like Active-Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking, firewalls

• Preferably first hand experience with OT systems and processes (e.g. AES, MES)

• Intercultural awareness and communication skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Analytical thinking and problem resolution skills as well as organizational talent

Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
