We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Austria

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

• Professional certification in at least 1 technology

• Perform Field Service activities & routines (both at customer site and office-based) with support/supervision level in-line with training certification.

• Field Service routines include:

• basic customer problem-solving,

• repairs and preventative maintenance work,

• equipment inspections with recommendations,

• assembly/disassembly, installation & commissioning

• Trade specific discipline work (hydraulics, mechanics, automation, etc)

• operation and maintenance activities

• customer training on basic operation and maintenance

• remote support to colleagues and customers

• Follow MO processes, instructions and training in performance of duties, with a specific focus on our brand requirements, certification principles, field service process and proper

• utilization of the Field Service digital tools (FSM, DIT, REX)

• Deliver site reports, time sheets & travel expense reports after each job in a timely manner

• Identify sales leads and promote services offerings
