Senior Project Manager for Product Realization of Power MOSFETs / SiC MOS (f/m/div)

As a Senior Project Manager, you take over an important role to develop new Power MOSFET, SIC MOS devices for making life of everyone greener, safer and easier. These products increase the energy efficiency of e.g smartphones, e-bikes or solar panels. This job offers more than only project management: You also take over technical tasks for realization of the final products. This gives you the chance to work with an international team for defining all pieces of a puzzle to release a product that fulfills customer expectations. In your new job you will:

• Lead product development projects for realizing a MOS FET / SIC MOS device portfolio
• Accompany and shape the product development life cycle from product idea until release of the product
• Set up electrical characterization of the final product and analyze measured data
• Collaborate with different development departments e.g Technology, Package, Marketing, R/D, Quality Management and many more
• Form, guide and motivate diverse, cross-functional project teams
• Look at the bigger picture, with business in mind, in order to identify challenges and working closely with your stakeholders to come-up with solutions
• Ensure that the project is in compliance with internal rules and regulations at any stage of the project life-cycle

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university/university of applied science degree in Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Power Electronics, Material Science, Applied Physics or comparable
• 6+ years working experience in the semiconductor industry in special for SiC based products
• 4+ years of experience in leading projects (IPMA-C certified as a plus)
• Profound knowledge in device- & semiconductor physics
• Fluent English skills, German skills or the willingness to learn as a strong advantage

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
