- Lead and perform the EMC verification and validation tasks during product development phase
- Create EMC test concepts, procedures, control plans, reports and guidelines
- Develop EMC measurement and test methodologies
- Ensure and maintain EMC laboratory infrastructure and quality standards
- Provide EMC/EMI global support to product development teams
- Documentation according to corporate quality requirements
- Master's or PhD degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar studies
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and measurement methods
- Experience in circuit design, layout and simulation
- Experience with EM field solver tools as added plus (e.g. Keysight ADS, and Ansys HFSS)
- Knowledge about CMOS analog design and design flow in Cadence environment as added plus
- Team player that is able to solve complex tasks in a structured way
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
