Your responsibilities

• Independently preparing, negotiating and reviewing contracts in coordination with the respective business units and handling administration of these contracts
• Preparing and actively participating in risk reviews related to contractual aspects
• Updating and harmonizing legal models such as general terms and conditions, framework agreements, etc. according to current legal developments and internal group requirements

Your background

• Successful completion of a degree in law, business law or a comparable course of study
• Three to five years of professional experience in a company with a comparable international structure or in a commercial law firm
• Specific knowledge of IT, software and copyright law preferred
• Authoritative and integrating demeanor, commitment, strong team and communication skills, hands-on mentality and flexibility, service-, solution- and customer-oriented personality, structured approach to work
• Detailed understanding of economic context and technical issues as well as entrepreneurial mindset required, product knowledge from the industry preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
