We are looking for an assistant for our Finance and Business Development Department.
In this role, you'll assist the Global Head of Finance & Business Development CP in all matters regarding administration. This includes meeting coordination, calendar planning, travel organization, correspondence, filing, event organization, and preparation of presentations.

Ongoing administrative and organizational support to the Global Head of Finance & Business Development CP

Correspondence in German and English

Prepare and maintain calendars, plan, and arrange meeting invitations

Act as a contact person for team members

Preparation of presentations

ORGANIZATION

Organization of national and international meetings

Travel organization and travel expense reports

COMMUNICATION

Contact person for internal as well as external contacts

Organization of Red Bull events

Onboarding and support with the training of new employees
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as an assistant or similar
- Matura / Abitur
- Fluent in German and English
- Very good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills; IT literate
- Structured and (self-) organized individual; organizational talent; interest in organizing small events and activities
- Good communication skills on phone, email, and other means of communication
- Team player, trustworthy person
- Travel 0-10%
