In your new role you will:

• Define and generate test concepts and specifications in cooperation with the IC design team
• Develop innovative testing methods, be involved in and apply “Design for Test” concepts
• Identify and introduce methodology improvements in test solutions concepts and development
• Define and develop test hardware for wafer and component test
• Write and optimize test program code
• Create concepts to realize test time and cost optimization for high volume products
• Technically lead junior colleagues in product development projects
• Be the technical test engineering interface to the product development community

With your independent working style, you ensure that deliverables are complete in high quality and remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations. You work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient and keep up high quality standards for yourself and other people. You demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable education
• 5+ years work experience in test development engineering in the semiconductor industry
• Solid programming skills, e.g. VBA, Java, C / C++
• Know-how in semiconductor automated test equipment (ATE) for mixed–signal power testing, ideally on Teradyne Flex/Microflex (IG-XL) and/or Advantest 93k (Smartest 7/8)
• Experience as a technical lead for a small team is a plus
• Experience in “Design for Test” methodology
• Fluent English skills, German skills are a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
