Job Responsibilities
We look for a student supporting the development of a novel wafer test vehicle to investigate the impact of process tuning knobs and hardware features on the wafer surface cleaning efficiency to address challenges of wet cleans of advanced logic applications. The tasks include:
- Literature search and market screening of project-relevant wet processes
- Wet process feasibility studies of test chemistries in beaker level
- Application of analytical techniques for wafer surface characterization
- Full-wafer level performance verification
Minimum Qualifications
- University Master student in one of the following areas: Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or a related field of study
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience in wet chemical laboratories
- Basic knowledge of surface analysis techniques
- Good English written and communication skills
- Able to work with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player, comfortable in a multicultural environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Eye for detail and accuracy
