You will be working in an international, cross functional environment being part of Mondelez Europe Transformation & Strategy Team. The team is managing a Project Portfolio of up to 80 highly strategic, transformational & cross functional projects spanning whole Mondelez Europe region.

You will support us in further developing our project portfolio management approach by bringing in a new outside perspective, as well as support the automation of project portfolio management

Responsibilities:

You will:

• Evaluate best in class project portfolio management approaches

• Benchmark our current approach

• Drive simplification

• Develop the specification for automation

• Actively work on the automation of project portfolio management

Requirements:

• Know-how in benchmarking, project, process and project portfolio management

• Affinity to systems and programming

• Experience with no code-low code technology

• Strong soft & presentation skills

• Teamplayer which is able to work independently

• Fluent in English

• A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career
