(Senior) Specialist Innovation Portfolio Management (f/m/d)

In the role, you will be responsible to oversee process development, portfolio reviews, global standards enforcement, support system maintenance, and continuous monitoring of technology development initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Technology development and Innovation portfolio management process development and maintenance
• Facilitation of technology development and innovation portfolio review
• Global enforcement of technology development and innovation portfolio management standards
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the portfolio management support systems
• Continuous monitoring of technology development portfolio

Your Profile

• Master degree in innovation management, technology management, engineering or related field

• 3+ years' proven experience in development portfolio management innovation management or innovation management, preferable within the electronics industry

• Advanced project and process management skills

• Experienced in applying a strategic mindset to guide portfolio decisions

• Strong analytical and conceptional competences

• Work in an analytical and structured manner, ensuring efficient problem-solving and task organization

• Proactive teamplayer with strong communiation skills and high willingness to learn

• Strong moderation skills is essential, and any facilitation or teaching skills would be considered a valuable asset

• Fluent in English both written and oral; German proficiency is advantageous

Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
