Objective

The Product team for Warehouse Management sets focus on the consulting, implementation and support of warehouse management solutions based on SAP.

In this role, you will work together with a team of warehouse consultants and developers, mainly using your experience and skillset to provide support for warehouse and or inventory management processes within Site Logistics environment.

Main Tasks

• Working in an agile Development and Operations environment, keeping strong communication with the team
• Strong cooperate with logistics consultants and developers, taking mainly care about the support and incident activities
• Enable and support our internal business partners to achieve BASF business goals through providing best-in-class IT and digitalization support
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and show team player attitude
• Have the willingness to develop new professional skills
• Understand specific processes for IM and WM and know the integration points with other SAP Modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, TM, PP, QM etc.)

Requirements

Education

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification

Working Experience

• Ideally, extensive knowledge of logistics processes
• Sound experience with SAP WM module, including customizing and knowledge of other SAP modules, optimally with practical experience in the Solution Manager and S/4 HANA or
• Profound experience within incident / ticket handling in SAP environment close to warehouse related processes (e.g. like SAP MM-IM, SAP LE, SAP WM, SAP SRM, SAP EWM, SD, TM, PP, FI)

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• Experience in at least one of the following SAP solutions (priority on order)
• SAP WM / Stock Room Management
• SAP MM (Inventory Management)
• SAP LE (Logistics Execution)
• SAP Extended Warehouse Management

Language Proficiency

• Very good English skills
• Very good Mandarin skills
