Requirements

• Take the reins on channel management, ensuring a seamless, top-tier experience across platforms.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and peers to ensure our content and performance is aligned with our marketing vision.
• Stay updated on the latest social media marketing trends and be an early adopter.
• You understand social media platform principles and user behaviour and feel most comfortable in this fast-evolving environment.
• Demonstrate a creative mindset to support a team of creatives with original social media content ideas and concepts.
• You have deep know-how of social media performance, analytics and KPIs and can set-up and present regular reports to clients.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and enjoy working collaboratively in teams.
• Exhibit self-starting abilities and a solution-oriented working approach, tailored to our clients’ needs.
• You know how to manage projects from client briefing to final go-live and can perfectly manage timelines.
• You can write quotes, handle big client budgets and are responsible to keep these on track throughout a project or retainer collaboration.
• Manage all of your team’s projects self-responsibly with consideration of timings and deadlines and in alignment with our clients.
• Organise and manage bigger client workshops or milestone steering meetings.
• Fluent in German and English with native-level proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• You have already gained first-hand experience in the Social Media area and have a minimum of 3 years agency experience.
