Controller - Financial planning and analysis (f/m/d)

As Controller - Financial planning and analysis, you will deliver timely and accurate financial results and supports the maintenance of reports as well as explains variances in order to drive operational actions.

• Being responsible for the entire financial reports/analysis requested by corporate/BU/government
• Independently Initiating all kinds of analysis independently with the tool of SAP/BPC/BW
• Leading monthly estimation/quarterly forecast and annual budgeting at plant level
• Working on investment budget planning and forecasting, daily control and reporting
• Driving the EVA calculation for non-operation team projects
• Supporting in other department tasks or projects, such as internal and external audit
• Supporting month-end closing work

• BA and/or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of working experience in financial analysis, or controlling
• Good analytical skill and critical thinking
• Good time management skills to meet project deadlines
• Profound Excel and SAP skills (FI/CO, BW, BPC)
• Fluent in English and German both written and oral
• Strong business and technical understanding
• Independent, solution-oriented and proactive way of working

Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
