Responsible for the area: Operations Planning, you will further develop SnOP processes together with the Manager of Planning & Fulfilment. You will act as the disciplinary manager of two operational production planning teams and provide support on operational issues. In addition to managerial tasks, you will identify synergies and promote ideal cooperation between the specialist departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of production processes. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies.

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of manufacturing processes.
• Define and monitor key KPIs to ensure optimal customer delivery including monitoring of production utilisation.
• Contribute to ensuring material planning as part of the new S&OP process.
• Responsible for monitoring production planning as part of the new S&OP process to strengthen B&R's positioning.
• Responsibility and monitoring of the transfer of requirements into an executable production plan.
• Strategic development of the department and disciplinary management of the operational production planning teams.
• Further development of methods, tools and competences.
• Close co-operation with the various departments Shopfloor, Production, Sourcing and Sales to ensure smooth coordination of processes.

Your background

• Completed training in supply chain management and/or several years of professional experience in production planning
• Experience in leading smaller teams
• Very good SAP experience & MS Office skills
• Resilience in dealing with challenging tasks
• Initiative and hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills and solution-orientated mindset
• Fluency in English and German
