Your tasks and responsibilities:

• International collaboration in maintaining the integrated management System for Countries (iMS4C)
• Planning and coordination of the CEECA Audit process.
• Conducts regular audits to identify quality issues and deviations from external and internal requirements.
• Tracks CEECA progress of CAPAs, draws up CEECA reports and prepares the Zone Management Review.
• Ensures implementation of the CEECA Cybersecurity strategy.
• Steers and maintains community collaboration and knowledge sharing with participation and contribution.
• Advises on Cybersecurity risk management and addresses risks of the organization.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have many years of professional experience in a Sales & Service Organization and have been involved in Quality management.
• Experience in working within a complex international matrix organization consisting of countries (Sales & Service) and headquarters departments.
• You have been actively involved with implementing of cybersecurity measures and are familiar with relevant international legislation and customer demands in the healthcare industry.
• Education in Engineering or similar technical education
• Training or study in quality management and Information security
• Expert with Management Systems according to IS0 9001/ISO13485, ISO 27001/27701, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Needs to be flexible in terms of working hours and travelling as the position covers the Siemens Healthineers businesses across the CEECA Zone. It is anticipated that the role will require up to 10% travel within the CEECA Zone and occasional international trips outside the Zone.

What else do I need to know?

The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for this position is at least € 65,000. Depending on education and experience, overpayment is possible.

Please note that the advertised salary applies specifically to positions based in Austria. For positions located elsewhere, the salary will be aligned with local compensation standards.
