About the Role
External Communication Manager (f/m/d)
Location: Tyrol/Vienna, Austria
Internal role title: External Engagement Senior Manager (m/f/d)
In this role you'll deliver the external Communications and Engagement (C&E) strategy for Novartis in Austria and our key therapy areas. You will be developing communications strategy and content for multi-channel communications activities, delivering meaningful patient activation and disease awareness as well as communications strategy and content countrywide. Reporting to the Head of C&E, you will be required to partner with the Management teams in Tyrol and Vienna and relevant business franchises to achieve strategic business objectives and priorities within Austria.

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 70.000/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
