Requirements
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- Define and implement tests to identify the most effective strategies and website elements that contribute to higher conversion rates.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on conversion analysis, test results, and strategy recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, copywriters, and web developers, to ensure the successful implementation of new features or campaigns.
- Operate with a high degree of independence, managing multiple client projects with agility and ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Study the market and competition to identify new growth strategies and trends that help our clients grow their KPIs.
- Deploy Google Tag Manager to enhance tracking configurations for Google Analytics and various advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Good knowledge of UX/UI design best practices.
- Profound understanding of advertising platforms, including the ability to autonomously establish and manage campaigns.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and website data tracking.
- Experience in conducting A/B tests, user research, and usability testing.
- Experience in marketing automation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in a performance marketing or CRO team.
- Excellent English language skills. German language skills are a plus.
