Your role at RBI

• Develop, plan and implement innovative 360° B2B Marketing activities, such as campaigns, promotions, business events and other engagement measures for customer engagement purposes or customer acquisition
• Produce high quality events that deliver on goals and objectives set by marketing, while staying in budget
• Be a part of the creative process, from ideation to execution (incl. event briefs, invitation process), bringing unique business customer events & conferences to life
• Cross-team collaboration to get assets, messaging and giveaway items created and delivered on time
• Enhance existing event concepts by contributing your innovative ideas and improvements
• Act as counterpart for external partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment, working towards shared objectives

Your core competencies

• Completed studies in Marketing, Event, Media or Communications (FH, Werbeakademie, university courses) or related field
• First experiences in event management, project coordination or marketing
• A high level of self-organization to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• An analytical approach paired with a creative mind
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
• Professionalism in customer/guest interaction
• Proactive team player and is a quick learner in a highly demanding environment
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, Know-how with event management tools is a plus
