Technical Support Engineer (m/f/x)

TASKS:

• Support and advice for our customers regarding their products
• Independent analysis and resolution of demanding support requests in a variety of different areas of application
• Assist in product improvements based on customer feedback
• Continuous development and acquisition of knowledge in new, cutting-edge subject areas in the Electronics industry, especially for power supplies
• Creation of test setups and execution of measurements
• Preparation and implementation of product training and training for colleagues at other locations
• Support at trade fairs, specialist congresses and distributor events

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed technical training (HTL, FH/TU) or comparable several years of professional experience in the electronics industry
• English knowledge in spoken and written
• Independent and precise working style
• Resilience as well as good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel (<10%)
• Hands-on mentality

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the in-house minimum salary of € 42.300,- per year on full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
