Customer Quality / RMA Engineer (m/f/x)

TASKS:

• Processing of technical customer complaints (RMA)
• Coordination of complaints between customers, production, suppliers and other departments
• Creation of test setups for error reproduction
• Carrying out measurements for error analysis
• Creation of analysis reports (8D report)
• Assist in product improvements based on customer feedback
• If necessary, error analysis at the customer's site

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed technical training (HTL, FH/TU) or comparable several years of professional experience in the electronics industry
• English knowledge in spoken and written
• Good analytical skills and a high problem-solving orientation
• Independent and precise working style
• Resilience as well as good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel (<10%)
• Hands-on mentality

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the in-house minimum salary of € 42.300,- per year on full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
