TASKS:
- Processing of technical customer complaints (RMA)
- Coordination of complaints between customers, production, suppliers and other departments
- Creation of test setups for error reproduction
- Carrying out measurements for error analysis
- Creation of analysis reports (8D report)
- Assist in product improvements based on customer feedback
- If necessary, error analysis at the customer's site
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed technical training (HTL, FH/TU) or comparable several years of professional experience in the electronics industry
- English knowledge in spoken and written
- Good analytical skills and a high problem-solving orientation
- Independent and precise working style
- Resilience as well as good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel (<10%)
- Hands-on mentality

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the in-house minimum salary of € 42.300,- per year on full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
