TASKS:
- Drive and coordinate all activities related to the implementation of engineering changes
- Schedule regular updates to ensure all stakeholders critical to the process are kept informed and are completing necessary actions as assigned
- Lead a close coordination with all departments across the business involved in the product change management process to progress changes
- Set-up a system & process to prioritize and track ECR/ECO/ECN progress and closure
- Identify and implement improvements of the engineering change process
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed technical training (HTL, FH/TU) or comparable several years of professional experience, preferably in the electronics industry
- Experience on Product Lifecycle Management Process
- Must have people skills to deal with various departments, customers and suppliers
- Experience in Product Change Management/ Change Control
- Experience in Product Data and Bill of Material Management
- Good knowledge of German and English

Employment Information: The market-conform, attractive and performance-related salary for this position is determined from the in-house minimum salary of € 42.300,- per year on full-time basis and from a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
