To expand our team, we are looking for someone to fill the following full-time (38.5 h) position as soon as possible:

Service Engineer m/f/d

Your new responsibilities

• You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of our machines at our customers' sites throughout Europe.
• You setup and optimize the die bonding process for customer applications.
• You carry out modifications as well as hardware and software upgrades on our machines.

Our requirements

• Successfully completed technical course, ideally in the field of communications engineering, mechatronics, electronics, or electrical engineering.

• Good oral and written command of English and as well as preferably German speaking

• Willingness to travel for national and international business trips (approx. 90%)

• Driving licence B

• You are friendly and adept at dealing with people from a wide range of cultures. Your focus is 100% on the customer - his satisfaction is your motivation!
