In this role, you will oversee the back office, diligently completing all administrative tasks and ensuring efficient appointment and travel planning. You will also handle budget coordination, including managing expense reports.
You'll act as a contact person for internal interfaces and coordinate meetings and workshops, such as those with market teams and quarterly engagement survey check-ins. As a Team Assistant - Global Sales, you consistently support management, for instance, by assisting in the preparation and development of presentations.
- CONTROL OF INFORMATION FLOW & PROCESS OPTIMIZATION
You'll confidently coordinate the organization's topics and information, with a clear focus on priorities. Additionally, you'll optimize structures and processes to ensure efficient workflows. Maintaining internal information systems is part of your daily agenda to facilitate quick data access - this includes, for example, our "POS" catalog or our digital posters.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Completed studies or completed commercial training
- Fluent English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of German also preferred
- Professional experience in a comparable position in an international environment is advantageous
- Previous experience in sales, field service, or a sales department is also advantageous. Alternatively, previous experience in an organizational context, such as the tourism industry, is possible
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is required
- A professional and self-confident demeanor, combined with a committed and conscientious personality, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills, are essential
- Very good organizational skills and a high level of commitment to handling tasks reliably, communicatively, and with absolute trustworthiness are also necessary
