- IMPLEMENT A HEALTH AND SAFETY ROADMAP
In this role, you'll support our global health and safety team in this new established role in developing and implementing a health and safety road map for 40+ Red Bull subsidiaries around the world. You'll support country organizations in implementing and improving their health and safety measures.
- DEVELOP GUIDELINES AND PROCESSES
You'll develop and align guidelines and processes, provide tools, templates and best practices.
- CONSULT MANAGEMENT AND SUBSIDIARIES
You'll consult the management, subsidiaries and other internal stakeholders. With your expertise you'll support national Health & Safety specialists, e.g. in organizing and executing risk assessments and safety inspections.
As Health & Safety expert you'll share your knowledge, create and partly facilitate high class trainings.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in the field of occupational safety, preferable some time in a global environment in a group context
- University Degree (preferable Engineering)
- Qualification in occupational safety e.g.: Certified health and safety manager, Certified safety professional, Master safety professional, NEBOSH Level 6 international diploma, Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit according to ASiG, Sicherheitsfachkraft according to SFK-VO or equivalent
- Fluent in English and good German language skills
- Well-versed in Health and Safety Management systems
- Experience and funded knowledge in project management, process- and solution oriented, structured approach
- Ability to manage change and understand the impact it has on people and processes.
- High levels of personal energy and drive
- Clear, effective and convincing communication skills, including presentation and training skills at all levels
- Ability to work independently and with strong attention to detail but with a hands-on approach
- Travel 40-50%
