Internship: Assistant (f/m/div)

In your new role you will:

• Manage ordering activities for spare parts
• Perform OneSAP management and provide support with basic data maintenance for technical employees in the area of maintenance - ion implantation
• Check incoming goods
• Support the material and spare parts logistics
• Collaborate on projects

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Duration: min. 12 months

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student and are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

• Basic commercial training
• Knowledge of materials logistics
• Experience in working with Microsoft Office
• The ability to be a good team player and to work in an international team
• Good communication skills in English and German
• An open mindset with a focus on quality
• Basic technical understanding as a great advantage

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf).
