Be the Face of Our Vienna Headquarters: Receptionist Needed!

We're a global leader in Enterprise Software, seeking a talented Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our Vienna, Austria headquarters. You'll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Worktime: 11:30 to 19:00 / every day.

What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
• Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Provide accurate information to visitors and colleagues in person, via phone, or email.
• Manage daily mail and deliveries, ensuring efficient distribution.
• Uphold office security by following protocols and controlling access.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and updating calendars

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal communication).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with common office equipment.
• Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to handle unforeseen situations.
