In Chemicals & Materials, OMV through its subsidiary Borealis, is one of the world's leading providers of advanced and circular polyolefin solutions and a European market leader in base chemicals and plastics recycling. Together with its two major joint ventures - Borouge (with ADNOC, in the UAE and Singapore) and Baystar™ (with TotalEnergies, in the USA) - Borealis supplies products and services to customers across the globe. OMV's Fuels & Feedstock business produces and markets fuels as well as feedstock for the chemical industry, operates three refineries in Europe, and holds a 15% stake in a refining joint venture in the UAE. OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. In the Energy segment, OMV explores and produces oil and gas in the four core regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, North Sea, and Asia-Pacific. Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.

Our business

• Ensuring OMV Group wide OT Cyber security compliancy through internal assessments, internal & external OT Cybersecurity audits
• Defining OT Security controls for OT and supervise operational OT activities
• Responsible for providing best practices, advice and guidance in all areas of OT Security on demand
• Performing regular internal compliance assessments and coordinate related activities to validate that the regulations and controls of the OSMS are implemented accordingly
• Defining the KPIs and unified reporting processes for OT cybersecurity risk & compliance management in alignment with the Business Units
• Maintaining and communicating risk appetite decisions from IT/OT Cybersecurity board
  

• Master's degree in IT or similiar field
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of industrial cyber security and industrial control systems
• Proven ability to engage successfully with senior executives and business leaders to understand and translate business requirements into technical strategies
• Integrated understanding about business processes, data processing, organization as well as governance processes in OMV Group IT and in the business units
• Excellent understanding of IT Security, Information Security and OT Security controls incl. data protection requirements
• Excellent English language skills

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 87.892,-- all in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
