The role entails two primary areas of responsibility:

The CIS Champion oversees the internal Airline-related and ground training organization. This includes the development and administration of internal Learning & Development plans and initiatives. This is achieved by identifying opportunities, designing training material, defining training goals, and delivering training. The core focus of the CIS Champion is to cultivate the skills, performance, and potential of our employees, in alignment with their needs and the Learning & Development plans, processes, budgets, and guidelines.

As an HR Generalist, the individual assumes responsibility for the administration of HR applications and the corresponding HR development processes. In addition to managing administrative procedures. Project management pertaining to employee talent management, recognition, and rewards constitutes one of the primary tasks. The HR Generalist is responsible for employee engagement tasks and projects, and reports to the HR Manager on all CIS/HR-related matters.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and controlling internal training-related activities, initiatives, and projects

• Administering and controlling required internal trainings

• Being responsible for stakeholder management concerning employee talent management, recognition, and rewards

• Coordinating measures related to employee engagement

• Representing the company in various internal trainings provided for different groups of employees

YOUR TASKS:

• Creating training materials and delivering initial and recurrent training in accordance with internal standards

• Developing, maintaining, and overseeing all training course content

• Delivering internal training

• Overseeing Employee Engagement/Reward and Recognition tasks and projects

• Coordinating, overseeing, and managing departmental projects, and providing project management support to the Senior Management team related to Recognition/Reward and Talent Management

• Devising suitable strategies to enhance internal training promotion within the company and working to deliver associated initiatives

• Collaborating with departmental colleagues to develop surveys, analysing the results, and working together on follow-up actions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holds an unrestricted passport / permission to work within EU

• Relevant HR work experience preferably in an airline environment

• Demonstratable project management experience

• Holds active Trainer/ Facilitator license or similar

• Facilitation/ Training experience including preparation of training material

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to build effective working relationships across all levels

• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

• Proficient in the use of digital tools

• English language proficiency

• German language proficiency
