Reports To

Senior Manager Service Provision Europe

What You Will Be Doing

As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for our customers' inquiries and process their orders and deliveries.

You create new customers in our systems and create Jira tickets.

You will also be responsible for monitoring internal processes and working closely with other departments.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Accepting and processing customer enquiries
  • Processing orders and customer enquiries
  • Creating and editing inventory topics and creating customer accounts in Salesforce
  • Processing orders and delivery notes
  • Monitoring orders
  • Communicating with internal and external partners
  • Recording appointments, license changes and carrying out cancellations
  • Creating and processing Jira tickets for existing customers
  • Close cooperation with Customer Success
  • Support with the creation of quotations

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Affinity for e-mobility and sustainability topics
  • Analytical and systematic thinking and acting
  • Interest in internal development in sales
